Just goes to show you how stupid some of these people are. All the alleged fraudster had to do was exempt some of these items.

Since this was pre bk law changes of 2005 and homes were selling fast back then, all he had to do was sell the property plus use the cash in the bank to by a florida home and no one could touch it.

Now he loses it all plus will lose his discharge.

wow, they waited for the statute of limitations to almost run out - it's 5 years after discharge. why did they wait that long??
