I'm not sure why your loan servicer is telling you wouldn't qualify because you have an FHA, because I believe every FHA loan was sold over to Fannie or Freddie.

I think whats really going on is these brokers, customer service people, and lenders don't have a clue what the program is, nor if their company will be a part of it.

Thanks.. That sounds better than that crap she put in the email because that is the only response that I have been getting from her and then yesterday I get a letter from them saying that because I didn't accept the partial claim, they are proceeding with the foreclosure. DH is on the loan and he is filing Chapter 7. How long will this stall the foreclosure process, anyone?
