I don't think we will see anything for 99ers since the UE rate is falling. We need companies looking hire to advertise jobs on here. Most people on here are willing to do pretty much anything . And many people on here just ran into hard times and ready to make up for it which would make me think they would be better suited as a worked. Just cause you haven't filed bk doesn't mean you will and since you filed does mean your going to again.... It would be a win win for all. =)Chapter 7 - Filed 11/28/2010 <> 341 Meeting - Done 12/28/2010 <><> Report of No Distribution 12/28/2010 <><><> 60 Day Club <><><><>Discharged 3/1/2011<>>

I guess we are second page news now that the new congress is in place and other emergencies keep making news coverage.
I guess you take all us 99ers and just float us out to sea until we die and drop off the radar map. Then we can build up a new batch of 99ers and keep repeating the cycle. Kind of sounds like a science fiction plot. Next we do the same thing with the elderly, then those who are crippled, welfare recipients of course. Victims of BP oil spills, Katrina, other disasters, they are next. Come on folks, we can soon end up with only the very rich and the middle class poor who's only purpose on this earth will be to service the rich. Like those Egyptian workers thousands of years ago...

For whatever its worth, I have gotten paperwork stating that I am at Tier IV. That came last week. I have been claiming my weeks and have been paid so far.
I also got my 1099 form showing what I had gotten during 2010. I had been first in one program, then another, and back and forth I had given up trying to keep track. Also, I do work part time, and when I state my hours and pay for that, I get the difference. This has helped to stretch my benefits further, than for someone who is 100% unemployed.
Anyway, my earnings for 2010 were a tad over 6K, with a withholding of $600, for the IRS. Its not a whole lot, but is greatly appreciated and has helped quite a bit."To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."

I already completed 4, thus the 99er amount of time, then I went on the fed ex emergency act or whatever that is for 5 more months. I am looking for jobs 7 days a week, all day, sometimes taking small breaks to post on this board, to eat, exercise, pick up supplies, etc. then back looking again.
All I ask is they extend UI until I find a job. It's just like an insurance policy we all have paid into. I would expect the insurance company to not pay on a house damaged during an Earthquake just because they figured they have paid a certain amount and thats all they want to pay. So if 100,000 of us in Southern California filed a claim of $100,000 to rebuild our houses because we all got hit by an earthquake, the insurance company should not say, "well that is a lot more than we expected, so we are going to stop at say $40,000 for each of you". If the insurance company loses billions in profit for that year, too fricken bad.
The same goes with unemployment. If it takes 3 years until we find jobs, then that is how long they should pay us. We will eventually be back on the payroll, contributing lots of money back into the system again. Hey this is the united states of america, not India or Pakistan or China.

China is going to kick our butts soon and we are helping them do it in every way possible...
I had better go back to Burger University and get my Chinese degree in fast food, as I will surely be heading over there for a job in a fast food restaurant.
