Does anyone have experience specifically in the Middle District Florida as to whether unemployment compensation must be counted as income on the Means Test?
Also, we will be using the exemptions from our previous state since we haven't been in Florida for two years. In our previous state unemployment is under Social Security and specifically "wholly excluded from operations pertaining to bankruptcy proceedings". All of the unemployment compensation my husband has received is from our prior state. Would this make any difference?
We're meeting with our attorney next week but I'm stressing out over this issue, so any input is appreciated.
