I can't THANK all of you enough for your sound advice. I certainly WILL NOT touch my 401K after the EDUCATION I've gotten here. I need to just start the BK process and get this all behind me. I'm so far behind I'd never get caught up (unless I won the lottery) and I don't have much in my 401K anyway. Without any prospects of employment I'm sure at some point I'll need that little bit of money down the road.
