Unemployment Insurance

In NYS, when you fill out a means test, do you add unemployment insurance received from the State during the previous six months?
I can see where it can affect whether Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 is required.

i live in ohio.but we did use it in the means test when we filed.

I had to incude my Unemployment. The attorney also wanted six months of statements, but she had to make do with our CU checking account statements. with the UC Direct Deposit amounts each time. Florida does not give itemized statements, only a summary, unless you can call and get through to a human being--which is almost impossible.

Unemployment payments

i'm in Illinois and my Unemployment income was exempt so it was not used in the means test
