am I unemployed or self employed?

I dont have a job, I have a c-corp which I am shutting down (its not making anything -yes I will list it in the bk) prior to filing, I make a few hundred bucks a month selling on ebay, rest of my living expenses come from gifts from family. Am I self employed or unemployed? To me, self employed would mean I have a regular business and regular income from it...which I dont have.

I appreciate everyones help with all my questions I have been posting.

Your selling on e-Bay sounds more like a hobby by common definition.

If your eBay exploits are just a hobby, then you are underemployed or unemployed.
