If you are unemployed and do not have the 60 days of pay stubs what do I do?

I am unfamiliar with your particulars, but if you are unemployed and have no income, then that's what you state.

If you have/are receiving unemployment during that time/now, you will need proof of that which you should have.

If you were not employed during the last six months then you would just add zero to any other eligible income that your received during that time period.

I may have misunderstood your question due to lack of information..were you actually employed during that time period and are not able to produce the pay stubs? That would be a different story.
