Unemployment comp overpayment - repayment plan now

Ok, in 2005 I received unemployment compensation after being laid-off.
A small part was overpaid to me in late 2005, and I've been making $50 monthly payments for a year or so.
Would I list this debt on Schedule E - Unsecured Priority Claims?
(line for "Taxes and certain other debts owed to governmental units")
I know this will not be discharged, but I'm not sure which schedule to list it.
