I discharged credit card debts in a personal Ch7 and 4 of them, total maybe 120K were small biz corp cards (Amex, Citi, CapOne) that I personally guaranteed. I was sued personally by 2 of the above before filing. They didn't bother to sue the C-Corp of course.
My question is now I am discharged and the debt is still owed by the C-corp (I just don't have any personal responsibilty for it) how likely is is they'll now sue the C-corp now?
The corp has no income, $200 or so in the bank acct, I am the sole shareholder.
It has a bad D&B rating too.
I'm going to close it down sooner or later anyway .
