I have 95k in Un secured debt. (all personal)
I walked away from a commercial lease about a year ago but have NO biz.debt.
The lease was in my LLC's name but had a personal guarantee on it. I would expect landlord to come after me at some point.
Question-I'm planning to file for ch.7 Personal for all the unsecured personal debt, should I also file ch.7 Business since my LLC was on the lease or should I just dissolve the LLC and do the 7 on personal?
In other words if I only do the ch.7 personal and then dissolve the LLC, can the landlord still come after the dissolved LLC over the broken lease?
