License and Chapter 7

We competely just switched from a personel chapter 13 to a personal chapter 7.. most all of our business debt is personnally guarenteed.

My question is does anyone know if our business license will be affected if we claim personal chapter 7 on our of our business debt? Can we still try and keep the business going under the same license number?

I called the register of contractors for az and they would not give me information.. they just said it would depend. does anyone have any experience?

If you're talking about your state sales tax business license - I don't think it's an issue......not sure about a contractor's license..........
