Unlikely to get sales tax disch in Ch 7.
Are you filing personally or is the Corp filing Ch 7...? Not that it matters all that much really, but often folks file personal only and corp lives on, just owing lots of uncollectable debts w/o consequence. But the taxing authority will still look to you personally for those taxes owed.

$25K owed in sales tax? You're either way behind or sold a bunch of goods.
Better be finding a way to come up with the 25K. The sales tax people can be rougher than the IRS.All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.

If you file close the business, file bankruptcy and then start a new business with a similar name, I would think that might work.Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17
