Business Bankruptcy Pro Se in New York and Free Support

I am not sure if I will put my company into bankruptcy but may be forced to do so at some point this year.

I just found a site the other day about a group in Brooklyn that helps small business owners file business bankruptcy at reduced rates or even pro bono.

Now I can't find the site...

Does anyone know about any legal non profit firm that helps small business owners to file pro se in NYC?

There is very few reasons to file business BK for a small corp. Does your copr have any assets of value?

Is your biz Sole Proprietor, Ptnrshp, Corp or LLC?

If anything other than Sole Prop you may not be able to represent the company because it is not really Pro Se. Usually entities MUST be represented by counsel in court matters, and I don't see why Bk filings would be any different. You need to check this out first.

Of course if you are SP then it is really just a Pers Bk filing, because no diff between you and the company.

Why do you need to file...? What issues are you facing with creditors, what type of creditors?
