USAA Auto After chapter 13 DISMISSED

HI guys.

I have an auto loan with USAA and recently had a dismissed chapter 13 due to denial of confirmation hearing. My payments were behind when I filed. Its been almost a month and USAA still haven't updated my account to show out of bankruptcy. According to the BK department it can be anyday now. Then it will be assigned for Repo any similar stories or feed back.

Want to know how long do i have to get another vehicle.

No one can tell you how long you have. It is entirely dependent on USAA and the repo company that they assign. I would expect, plan for, it to be taken at any time of the day from the day your case was dismissed. I would not leave any personal items in the vehicle.

Now, having wrote that, they may actually take months to get through the paperwork, but you should plan for the worse!
