My buddy could not pay his car note due to him and his wife separation. So he told the bank to come get the car. So then he still needed a car to get to work so he bought a car at a buy here pay here lot for half the car note. If he files chapter 7 in the future could he keep his car? And would they hold that against him cause he bought another car before chapter 7? Or is it a time period before he can file?????
