I stumbled across a site called CU Collector that talks about things from the enemy's perspective. Very interesting. Seems they are now heavily into using automated license plate reader technology.

Washington DC – June 16, 2011 – The newly created Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), doesn’t even have an appointed Director, nor have any authority until July 21, but Elizabeth Warren is in action proposing damage claims against lenders as far back as February 2011. In newly released documents under the Freedom of Information Act, it has been discovered that the CFPB has been holding confidential meetings with State Attorney Generals Offices to aid them in proposing lawsuits and damages against lenders.

I think she is a good lady but she will be fighting headwinds all the way.

Agreed Catleg...but at least she's a figther - maybe she'll be able to stay there long enough to be able to do SOMETHING!!!!
