Unfortunately, my business partner, lives in NJ, as such he is getting hounded with judgements, which he ignored, now he owes about 50,000 in credit card judgements.
Can he appeal the judgements, or file a motion to vacate? I have found that when a court appearance is requested, creditors usually don't show up. Ive done it myself in PA.
We own a house in the business name which would be fair game for the trustee, if he filed Chp 7, we don't want to risk losing it or being forced to sell.
