What should I do? I haven't received statements...

My husband and I originally decided to reaffirm our Sleep # bed and my wedding ring from Helzberg. Since our BK was filed, we haven't received statements from these 2 places. We haven't been making payments and we have decided to let the bed go; if they want it, they can come get it.

I want to keep my ring, but I haven't received any paperwork from them. Should I just wait to see if they say anything? Do you think Select Comfort and Helzberg forgot about us? Has this happened to other people before?

I would love it if they forgot about us and we end up keeping these secured items, but it seems to good to be true.

Have you filed? Sending you monthly statements is also sending you a bill (requesting payment from you). They are BARRED from doing anything that would involve asking you for money. It's part of the automatic stay.

We have filed. My husband and I still receive our bills for our cars. Should I expect to receive statements after my 60 days are up?
