So i Filled Chapter 7 and after i finished everything, i had to sign surrender papers for my motorcycle.. i signed them and set a date up for the vehicle to be picked up. 30 days after that date to be picked up i called the creditor i had a loan through and they said they didn't want it...HOW do i go about getting a title for the motorcycle???? i made an off to them for 500 bucks so buy the title but is there another way?

You can't get the title until the lien is satisfied w/ the lender...
