Put a settlement offer in on my car. They will now take the offer or the car.
The loan was discharged 2 year ago and I did not reaffirm. I dont care either way.
Any one else have a settlement with on a auto loan?

Are you saying they took the offer? I was planning on doing the same thing.

I hope to hear back from them tomorrow or monday. They say they awnser
every offer. I offered 20% less then trade in. It more then what they can
get for it. If they don't take I fine with that. I have replacement car
tagged and insurured anyway.

Well they turned down my offer of 5000 said the van worth 9700.Not worth that to me. So I'll have to surrander it this week, this is better then it being repo'd becayse i keep my tags.
