Can a bank press criminal charges if I remove the parts I bought before they repossess it? I plan on removing everything except for the frame. Or will they just file a judgement against me for the unpaid balance?

It's kind of unclear what exactly you are talking about. If you bought aftermarket items and had them installed You can certainly remove them, provided you replace them with the stock items if you swapped something like exhaust.
