We have a vehicle that we're surrendering. We were discharged about a month ago and haven't heard from NFCU.
I called too late to speak to the bk dept but was told by who I talked to that she was fairly certain that they'd contact me prior to getting the car. That they'd need to verify my address, color of the car, etc.
Of course I would imagine that they'd already have that info and could verify it when they come and get the car, but who am I?
Anyone have any personal experience with this?
I know I could drop off at a branch, but at the same time, trying to avoid driving the clunker we bought for as long as possible especially with the heat, etc.
I did see in another thread that NFCU simply showed up but if there are other experiences I'd like to hear them.
Thanks!
