I saw a beat up newer Dodge Neon backed into a parking space in front of my favorite Chinese restaurant. When I looked closer I saw a sign in all 4 windows saying, "any questions, call American General Finance". Right away I knew someone dumped it and kind of giggled to myself. How the heck is American General to find it there? lol
