    No, it's not simple. You have to know the caselaw in that District. I can tell you that for Florida (and Georgia and Alabama... which comprise the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals), ride throughs are not allowed by precedence.

    Taylor v. AGE Federal Credit Union (In re Taylor), 3F.3d 1512, 1517 (11th Cir. 1993) is still controlling in the 11th Circuit and Florida has recently made sure everyone still understands it.
