My Brother is going to far to not get repoed

My brother is having some financial difficulties. The bank jacked up his interest rate from 6.75% to 12% for no appearant reason and he could no longer keep up the payments. All this is on a 2008 jaguar xkr convertible that he drives for leisure. well after 3 or so missed payments he got notice the car was out for repo. To my suprise they actually sent him a notice...

Now here is where the crazy starts, He owns 60 acres of land. Yesterday he went out to very back of his land, Prepped the car for long term storage and built a little storage shed around the car with no doors and no windows, The only way in is to lift the roof off and dismantel it. Then he kinda disguised it to look like a chicken coop. He plans to just leave it there for the next 10 or so years.

Im trying to tell him that he is crazy and they have other ways of getting him to give up the car, But he is deadset that there is nothing that can be done. It will be interesting to see if the repo folks ever suspect it is in there, Much less they even want to try to get passed some very honery bulls. I also can't figure out what he plans to do to get the title in his name in 10 or so years. I asked him and He doesn't know, He is just so pissed at the bank not wanting to work with him that he is determined they aren't ever gonna see it.

Most likely after a while a Judge will issue an order requiring him to produce the vehicle or face jailtime.
My guess is he will decide to give it back at that point!

I didn't know judge could do that, I wonder just how far he is willing to go... Not sure if he would be willing to go back to jail for it, But then again, I didn't think he would go as far as puting up a build around it either. I can't wait to see this one play out.

It's called a Writ of Replevin and your brother will not want to be in contempt of court.
