My x got the card with the debt in the divorce last year.

Do I have to list this debt since the car is titled in both of our names? even tho i do not have the car?

If so, how wold i list this ....of course i do not want to reaffirm.

How do I list this vehicle?

if I surrender? what will happen to the car he has and is paying for?

Yes you must list the debt. Are you using an attorney? They will know what to do. If not research the forum for do it yourself BK. If you surrender your ex will have to keep the payments current or the vehicle will be repoed.
