I have a brother in law that just had a car repo'd. He needs another car and is looking for financing options. He is in Houston, Texas.

He will need to go to those buy here pay here lots. The ones that advertise things like: Job+Down Payment=Car

Expect an overpriced car at a high interest rate however. A better option would be to save up a buy something off craigslist without a loan.
