owe? ~$700??

Hi,
I filed chapter 7 in 4/09 and discharged just a few days ago, 1/12/10

I did not reaffirm my truck and never made a last payment of ~$700.

I did speak with the finance company (Brookline Bank) and hung up on them for not being willing to fax me a break down/summary of what made up the last payment. Long story short the truck had been repo'd two years ago during a 13 that I filed and they had to eat the cost (towing, storage, some legal fees), but the reality was that they just posted the cost to the end of my contract.

Question: Can they repo? Did I miss the opportunity to get the cost discharged?
I want the title, do I have to pay to get it?

You discharged your legal obligation to pay.
If you have not paid the vehicle loan in full however they can repo the truck, yes. If you want to keep the truck you will need to pay whatever is left on the loan, you would then also get the title.
