So long story short, I am a co debtor to a GMC Sierra truck, (ex wife is the primary) but I got it in the divorce.I filed for chapter 7 today and immediately called Ally Financial and gave them the case number and other information. I am behind on payments and cannot afford a beater truck for a few more months. Obviously there is an automatic stay in place but can they legally repossess the truck since I am only the co debtor?
