I filed BK in March, had the 341 in May, will hopefully be discharged in July.
After the 341 my trustee filed a report of no assets and asked to be released from my case.
I owe my sister a very small amount of money ($45). This debt was incurred long after I filed. May I assume it's OK to pay her back now? Or should I wait until after the discharge? I'm assuming the trustee isn't going to care about $45 - and at this point, do I even still HAVE a trustee? - but I want to do things by the book.
