This may be a pretty stupid question, but I want to make sure that my forms are accurate. When we are to list our property, do I include my car that I still owe money on? I plan on surrendering this vehicle. Just want to know if I need to list it as property. I will not try to exempt it, and probably cannot anyway. Thanks in advance for any information.

Yes, you list your car. It belongs to you, even if the bank has a lien. If you have any equity, you should exempt how ever much you can under your state's exemption law.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
