    Last day for creditors to object

    If today was the last day for creditors to object and no one has according to Pacer, about how much longer should it be until we discharge and close?

    I know that I can't get an exact date but an approximation would be great.

    It varies by district. I discharged and closed in 2 or 3 days. Some districts take longer. It's just an administative thing anyway.
    Chapter 7, above median, no asset. Discharged with no UST involvement.

      If you are luck, are in a District which uses "auto discharge", and there are no FLAGS on your case in PACER, then the case should automatically discharge sometime tomorrow.

          I am not certain, but I think MeansNO means your means test shows no presumption of abuse and IFPGranted means you were granted a fee waiver. Neither of those should delay a discharge.

          Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
          $143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
