Personal injury settlement

Received a settlement for an injury over two years ago. When filing Ch 7 do we still need to list it as an asset if it has been over two years that we received the money & money is spent. Thanks

If this settlement was long ago and there is no further possibility to make a claim in any way, shape or form, then there is no "asset" to list on Schedule B.
