I am filing in Baltimore Maryland (District of Maryland)
I noticed on the website it says it will only be waived if your income is no more then 150% of the federal poverty line.
Now, does this use income as my income from the last 6 months snapshot? or from my tax returns? I have been out of work for (in October 1 year) however, prior to that I made roughly 120k so my last tax filing with bonuses, my income after deductions was roughly 80k. (which obviously is above poverty line by more then 150%)
any idea on this?
