    What costs?

I am going to ask them to waive the fee.

I am not sure about the counseling certificate fees.

If I want a judement taken off of my house, which form do I want for that?

You might be able to petition your District BK Court to discharge the fees. Include the fees for both the before and after credit counseling courses.

If you have a judgment on your house, it is my understanding, that once you are discharged, you must petition the Court to vacate the judgment. In any case, wait for some folks more knowledgeable about mortgages to come on board.

The judgment will depend on whether it impairs an exemption on your home. You could file a Motion to Avoid Lien in the bankruptcy, but you have to show that the judgment impairs your homestead exemption. From what I read, Pennsylvania does not enjoy any homestead exemption, but you could use the Federal Exemptions. In any event, you would need to seek to avoid the lien since I do not believe it will be discharged.
