Hello, I'm back. I just got done using Pacer to see how others filed a Chapter 7. Very interesting. Here are my questions.
Statement of financial affairs form: I rec'd a summons on 10/24/12 and have 21 days to answer, which is tomorrow. Plan on filing tomorrow. Am I suppose to list this on Question 4 (suits and adm proceedings, executions, garnishments, etc.)? I thought this question pertained to stuff past the 21 days, but I see an example that was listed as "summons issued". I guess that would be like mine, too.
Question 9: Payments relating to debt counseling and bankruptcy: Should I put down the payment to Greenpath for the certification and the cost of the Nolo e-book here?
Question on 22A: Is food stamps part of Soc. Security Act? I know it's part of a farm bill, but maybe that's part of SSA, too.
One of my inheritances fell within the past 6 month period for figuring out info on the means test (22A). I put it in Question 10 along with the food stamp amount. I think it really skews up my income when you multiply the monthly by 12, but I suppose this is just to reflect the past? My monthly income certainly doesn't look like what's on Form I.
Also, I couldn't fit everything in the little boxes on some forms, so I printed the info I needed. I hope that is all right. I think I need a drink.
