Trustee objection to property claimed as exempt---help!

Thanks HHM, I am over my head and under prepared. If I had the means to hire an attorney I would! But until my geese lay golden eggs, or, my business picks up, or, or, or....until something else changes, I am just going to have to wade though all of this without an attorney. At least I have found some help here. Thanks again for your direction.

Here is finally an update. I am doing a very very happy dance tonight. Please have a cup of good cheer on my behalf! The TT filed a report of no distribution today and closed the BK. Yeah!!!!!! I was discharged on 8/22 but not closed/terminated. My TT had filed objections to my exemptions prior to close. Finally, he sent out his real estate agent to evaluate my house. (this even though I had given him two CMA's from real estate agents at the 341). I told his RE agent all that was wrong with this place--there really are many problems, but I am in love with my place--The RE agent told me at the end that the property was worth less than I paid for it. In his report to the TT he recommended to not sell my property. When I heard that last week, I almost fainted, cuz I had no idea that my property could've been sold out from under me. (I am current on my payments, but did not reaffirm the mortgage). I am so glad to put this behind me and now to go forward. Thank you for all your support!
