I filed Chapter 13 in Arizona and I want to move to Oregon. Can I move and keep my Chapter 13 in Arizona? Is the only thing I need to file is a change of address and keep making my payments?
This should not be an issue. You should have your attorney file a change of address which s/he will serve on the creditors. I don't know how much your attorney will charge for that. I actually moved during my Chapter 13, albeit in the same State, but I was in a different District.
Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10) Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Sorry, I know this question is a little dated. But I have left the state and returned twice (so far) during my Chapter 13, and yes all I was required to do was notify the court of my change of address and keep making the payments at the "same bat time, same bat channel".
