    Landlord

I listed a landlord on Schedule G when we filed on 9/29/11. He was not listed on Schedule F. I just received a court filing through a local court for breach of contract.

Was this case legally filed? I see looking at the certificate of mailing he is not listed. I did err in not listing him on Schedule F? If so, should I amend Schedule F or just notify the local court of the bankruptcy filing?
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick

Yes, you need to amend your schedules to make sure that you are absolutely correct. This action shows you the need for that. Once your schedules are amended, make sure that you send a copy of them to your landlord, and the court. I also would include a note of apology for having forgotten that creditor, to the creditor, the court, your bankruptcy court, and YOUR file.

    Good wishes to you.
