    CHAPTER 7 TRUSTEE’S FINAL ACCOUNT AND DISTRIBUTION REPORT CERTIFICATION THAT THE ESTATE HAS BEEN FULLY ADMINISTERED AND APPLICATION TO BE DISCHARGED (TDR) - sweetest words I ever read.

    OMG - I moved 11.1.11 so I was internetless in the new house till today, so for S-n-G I logged on to Pacer to see if anything changed.

    Final Decree and Case Closed 11.15.2011 - I am speechless - I am without speech

    I can now 368 days later complete my signature

            The asset distribution was pretty painless just a long waiting period my Trustee filed the asset report on 3.30.2011 and creditors had to 6.28.2011 to submit, but my Trustee was very slow her reports and filing. She didn’t file her final report / fee application till 7.28.2011 and her fees were not approved till 8.30.2011 and funds to the creditors were not distributed till 8.31.2011. According to the final distribution report she completed it 10.28.2011 but did not file with the court till 11.14.2011.

            I know that approval is required on her fee application which took over a month; I am just relieved that my 5 creditors that received funds cashed the checks in a timely manner. I read that creditor has 90 days to cash the check if they don’t the unclaimed funds are redistributed to the other creditors who have 90 days to cash that check.

            I am just happy to be done and closed; now I can retire my Pacer account
