Two of the three Chapter 7 trustees are partners in a BK firm in Vancouver. Their site has the 'packet' of info they ask their clients to fill out. It discusses how to price furniture, etc. Let me know if you want the link to it - it may be helpful.

Yeah sure. the link would be helpful. I'm at schedule B Personal Property right now. Had to stop since I don't have it all together yet. Luckily the PDF version I have does let you saved the forms after you've written in them.
