    Mortgage Rider?

Where would I list a Mortgage rider?

We got a 0 down loan with WHEDA, This loan was then taken by my bank I have now. But the Rider with WHEDA says if I sell my home within 9 years ( 4/12 years in now) we have to pay WHEDA a Federal Recapture tax. (Intrest rate on the loan by the amount we have left on the loan.)

I'm assuming this would be part of a secured creditor? If so how/where should I place this? Also would I include this into the creditor matrix?

You need not worry about riders. You put the property on Schedule A and exempt it on Schedule C. I would list the name of the entity on your Mortgage/Note on your Schedule D (Secured Creditors). You don't need to list anything else.
