We are 16 months into 60 month plan. We need to get a new car. Found a credit union that is willing to do the financing with 8.25% interest rate. Had attorney when we first filed Chapter 13 but fired him. Now I need help with the forms to get this done. We are in Louisiana and any advise would be appreciated.
