Chapter 7, Pro se, Michigan,Court date was today. Have to file amendment for Child Support paid to spouse via the State. Not sure what schedule it goes on, E or F. and do any other documents have to be revised such as Summary of Schedules or Matrix.

Okay, I think I've figured it out (not from this site). I have to add the the names of recipient child support payments to schedule E, even thou it states payment to Michigan treasury. I have to add a coversheet to amendment with proof of service. I just to want to go to court in a month and the trustee tells me I missed something again. ughh. -
I would definitely contact your Case Manager, in the Clerk's Office, and kindly ask a "procedural question". (Make sure you use the words... "I'd like to ask a procedural question". Then just ask if the only requirement to amend Schedule is, is a certificate of service and the actual Schedule.Originally posted by duciwish View Post

I did call the Pro Se Court Clerk. And she did tell me what to submit. So, hopefully everything will be good. The clerk didn't mention amending other paperwork. I hope this is all the amending I will have to do. Uggh!Comment
