    Realproperty

My primary residence/ mobile home (fee simple) sits on leased land (mobile home park) w/lease.

    1. listed under schedule (b) personal property.
    2. """"" schedule (c) Claimed as exempt.
    3. """" schedule (a) Real Property.
    4. """" Using Fed exempt.

My state exemptions clearly states a mobile home on leased land can not be considered real property,, unless the land it sits on is (owned) and (used as primary residence) .

However; under the FED. exempt it states (Real-property co op Mobile home, burial site).

My interpation the mobile home is considered personal property. ??Should I remove from (Schedule (a)real property) ? Appreciate your thoughts .

My thoughts: It's either real property or personal property. If it is not real, then it is personal. It cannot be both, so I'd remove it from the "Schedule A: Real Property."

I'm not a lawyer. Those are just my thoughts and logic.

After having looked at overall mathematics it appears it is personal property and should not be listed under Real property.

      Thank you.

As stated, this mobile home is "personal" property and not real property. As such, it goes on Schedule B, not Schedule A. I hope that you're able to exempt the value of the mobile home. Otherwise, you have many issues.
