Pro Se 95% paperwork done C-7 ,some Questions

    Hi to all Great site:
    1. I have Motion for summary judgment coming up May 5 with the courts over charge card , hoping to submit C-7 before that May 5 date. How does one go about informing the court I filed for C-7 and if I file after the May 5 date and get judgment against me What steps do I take?

    2. As a am Pro Se how do I sign these forms EX: (DECLARATION CONCERNING DEBTOR'S SCHEDULES) Should I type my Name,Address and SS# No area for a Pro Se to sign.

    Thanks in advance.

This depends on your local court. They may or may not have procedures for filing a suggestion of bankruptcy or other "procedural" forms/motions/papers that you may have to file. One of the things you do, is serve the creditor with the notice of bankruptcy, so that should stop the summary judgment, but that's not guaranteed. You may also serve it on the court, noting your bankruptcy case number and local court case number, but that may not be the correct procedure for your court. Whenever you have procedural questions, contact the clerk of the court. If you ask your question the wrong way, it may be construed as "legal advice" and ignored.

At the top of the form, it clearly reads that the Debtor is to sign the form. As such, I don't understand your question.

(Your would not touch anything below the line "DECLARATION AND SIGNATURE OF NON-ATTORNEY BANKRUPTCY PETITION PREPARER (See 11 U.S.C. ยง 110)" since you are not a "paid" preparer.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
