If I could only share one thing it would be to make sure all of your paperwork is PERFECT!!! I would say even if you have to wait a while before filing please do it!!! My experience has been that amending paperwork has been more time consuming that preparing all the schedules! One tiny mistake can lead to lots of paperwork....If I was to file over again I wouldn't check the papers all at once...I would go over them each day for several days. I might have caught my mistake that way!!! Other than that things have gone pretty well!

I spent weeks researching and my 341 meeting went great. The trustee couldn't believe I didn't have help. Use the resources on the internet, and you can do it...or pay somebody to do it for you. But lawyers are very expensive.Comment
