Just starting forms, question about foreclosed real estate?

So Schedule A, real property, says to list any property in which you have an ownership interest.

My house has been sold at sheriff's foreclosure sale. the bank has not yet transferred title.
I don't have any ownership interest, so am I right that my answer here is 'none'? Or does the fact the title is still in my name bear here?

If the title hasn't been transferred or your don't expect it to be transferred by the time you filed, then you DO have an ownership interest. You would still list the lawsuit of foreclosure on your Statement of Financial Affairs.
