Surrendering a vehicle in ch 7

Am I missing something or is the only thing I need to fill out to surrender my vehicle in Ch 7 is the statement of intention?

I have it listed on schedule D and have it on the statement of intention... is that it?

That's it. Make sure the monthly payment IS NOT listed on Schedule J. At some point after the case is filed the lender will file a Motion for Relief From the Automatic Stay so that it can repossess the vehicle.
